Your confirmation has the studio address, parking, and entrance photos behind the arrival guide link, along with the password. Keep both to yourself.
Before you come
Arrive with bare nails unless you booked a soak-off. If you need one and did not add it, message me as soon as you can so there is enough time. Bring any pictures, colors, shapes, or ideas you have.
Anything else
Replies to the confirmation email do not reach me, so message me on Instagram at @shynebychelle. Any chip or lift within 7 days of normal wear, I fix for free.
