Care, wear, and what happens if something chips.
Short answers to the questions I get most, written the way I’d text them to you. The full money-and-scheduling fine print lives on the policies page.
A nail chipped. What now?
If it’s within 7 days of your appointment and it’s normal wear, I fix for free. Bring it in as it happened; don’t re-glue it at home first.
How do deposits work?
Your regular deposit holds the slot and is applied to your set. If you book a squeeze-in, the amount collected also includes the separate $40 squeeze-in fee. The remainder is due at the appointment. Zelle, cash, and Apple Pay all work.
How long does a session take?
Plan on 2.5 to 3.5 hours for most sets; Complex Freestyle can take longer.
I don’t know what I want. Is that a problem?
Not at all; that’s what a freestyle is for. Bring references, colors, or a few likes and dislikes. I’ll show you the design before I cure it.
Can we just not talk?
Yes. Silent appointments are a real option: say the word, I put on a podcast, and you can close your eyes while I work.
Do you take appointments outside regular hours?
Yes. Anything before 10am or after 7pm is a squeeze-in. Check the squeeze-in option when you book to reveal those times and pay your regular deposit plus the $40 fee.
What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?
Tell me when you book, before we ever start. The policies page carries the full allergies and sensitivities section; read it before your first visit.
Can you remove another salon’s work?
Yes. A soak-off is $20, the same whether it is my work or another salon’s. Ask for it when you book so the calendar gives us the time.
