Deposits

Your appointment is confirmed when the deposit is paid: $20 for Somethin’ Simple, $30 for Lil’ Artsy, and $40 for either freestyle tier. Your regular deposit is applied to your set. A squeeze-in collects your regular deposit plus the $40 squeeze-in fee when you book.

Soak-off & removal

If you’re wearing a set that needs to come off, add a $20 soak-off when you book. It adds about an hour to your appointment and costs the same whether the set is mine or another artist’s.

Rescheduling & cancellation

Use the reschedule or cancellation link in your booking confirmation. Cancelling through that link returns your deposit to your original payment method automatically. Rescheduling through it at least 24 hours before your start time moves your appointment and carries your deposit with it. To book again after a cancellation made less than 24 hours before your start time, a deposit equal to 50% of that future service is required and will be applied to its total.

No-shows

Missing your appointment without notice forfeits your deposit. To book again, full prepayment is required and will be applied to that future service. I will not charge the remaining balance for the appointment you missed.

Running late

Please arrive on time. There is a 15-minute grace period. After that, I may need to simplify the design or reschedule your appointment. If we reschedule because of lateness, it is treated as a late cancellation.

Fixes

If a nail chips, lifts, or breaks within 7 days through normal wear, I fix for free. This does not cover accidental damage, improper aftercare, or using your nails as tools. Please contact me within the 7-day window and leave the nail as it is. Do not glue it at home.

Guests & the studio

You may bring one guest. The studio is a working space, so please do not bring additional guests. The address and arrival instructions are sent after your appointment is confirmed.

Payment

I accept Zelle, Cash, and Apple Pay at your appointment. Your regular deposit is collected when you book and applied to your set. If you booked a squeeze-in, its $40 fee was also collected when you booked.

Allergies, sensitivities & your comfort

Your safety matters more than any set. I work with professional gel, Gel-X, and builder gel products. Ingredient information is available before your appointment if you would like to review it.

Please tell me before we begin about any known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or past reactions to nail products.

Nail services can cause irritation or an allergic reaction, even when products are applied carefully. By booking, you acknowledge those risks and confirm that you have had the opportunity to ask questions and share any concerns. If anything feels uncomfortable during your appointment, tell me right away so I can stop or adjust the service.

I follow California’s health and safety standards for cleaning, disinfecting, and storing my tools and workspace. Nothing in these policies limits that responsibility.

If you notice redness, swelling, itching, or discomfort after your appointment, please let me know and seek medical advice if needed.
