Strictly necessary. Remembers this cookie choice, and keeps you signed in to the private arrival guide after you enter its password. The site cannot work without these and they are not used to track you.
Analytics. Google Analytics, which uses cookies to count visits and show which pages get read. Turning it off changes nothing you can do here. A separate cookieless tool that sets no cookies and identifies nobody runs either way.
Advertising. The Meta pixel and the Pinterest tag, which tell Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Pinterest which pages you viewed here and when you tap through to the booking calendar, so ads and pins can be measured and shown to people who visited. Neither runs on the booking pages. If you book during the visit, the site also confirms that booking from its own server: to Meta with your email, phone and name in hashed (scrambled) form and the pixel's cookie IDs, and to Pinterest with your email and phone in hashed form, each with your IP address and browser details, and no service or payment details. Turning it off changes nothing you can do here.
